TheCoupleSpot.com is an upscale community website created and designed exclusively for couples. The professional and interactive site makes it easy for couples to meet and share interests with other couples in a safe, user-friendly environment. Couples can interact with other users in their local areas or they can interact with other couples around the world. Our company motto is "Connect, Share Interests, and Enjoy Life!"

TheCoupleSpot.com is designed for couples of all backgrounds: married, unmarried, young, mature, alternative, blind-daters, those with and/or without children, and platonic pairs too. We make it easy to find couples for activities, sports, dancing, shared religious interests, or conversation. We even have a special section for Military couples.

Is TheCoupleSpot.com a swinger site?
We give our members the option to meet couples who are interested in swinging or other adult lifestyles (see advanced search list) but TheCoupleSpot.com is NOT a swinger site, nor will it ever be. Our goal is to create an online environment for ALL adult couples, so they can “Connect, Share Interests, and Enjoy Life!” (our company motto). We understand that for some couples "enjoying life" means meeting other couples for swinger and adult activities. But our core values are based specifically around couples that wish to meet new couples for friendship, or to share similar interests that are not necessarily of an adult nature.

How much will it cost us to become members of TheCoupleSpot.com?
TheCoupleSpot.com is absolutely FREE! But eventually we might charge nominal fees in order for members to participate in all of the features and services made available. In order to gain full access to the site in the future, including the ability to communicate with others, members may be asked to become paying 'Monthly' or 'Quarterly' subscribers. $19.99 would earn both of you a Monthly subscription and $39.97 would earn both of you a Quarterly (3-month) subscription (a savings of $19.99!). Proceeds would be used to enhance website features and fund community service events.

Will other subscribers have access to our personal information, such as our e-mail address?
Other couples will never have access to your personal information. As a matter of fact, you will be given an internal e-mail address-directly connected to your profile-once you complete the sign-up process.

You will be able to communicate with other couples using our internal e-mail system, which only allows subscribers to send/receive messages to/from other couples who are part of the TheCoupleSpot.com network.

What are some of the features on TheCoupleSpot.com?
The site will be built in phases, and it is currently in Phase I. Couples can currently build profile pages, upload photos, conduct and save advanced searches, block certain users, communicate with other couples using our internal e-mail system, and more. Lots of exciting things are planned for the future. Join now and be rewarded for becoming quarterly members.

We do not have any immediate or long-term plans to provide your information to third parties. As a matter of fact, your information will never be given to third parties without your permission.

Does TheCoupleSpot.com support charities and other humanitarian causes?
Yes, TheCoupleSpot.com will support a number of charities and humanitarian causes. The TheCoupleSpot.com family is committed to corporate social responsibility, and a few of the charities we plan to support are: the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the American Red Cross, and the World Vision organization. NOTE: TheCoupleSpot.com is not sponsored by or contractually affiliated with the aforementioned charitable organizations. We also plan to provide scholarships for military spouses.

How will my credit card information be handled and secured?
We will never store your credit card information if we decide to charge for goods and services. Your credit card number and all related transactions will be managed by a professional merchant service. Automatic renewals would take place based on your personal preferences.

What are some things users can do from the perspective of safety?
This is NOT an all-inclusive list but here are a few things that you and your partner can do to help ensure your safety:
- Don't forget that your profile will be posted in a public forum. Don't post anything you wouldn't want the world to know.
- Never give out your phone number or address to a stranger.
- Use a free, non-traceable email service like Hotmail, Yahoo, Juno, etc.
- Always meet in a public place when meeting for the first time.
- Don't assume the person(s) on the other end is (are) being 100% truthful.
- Play it safe and be cautious.
- Don't lend out large sums of money to people you just met.
- When you start to feel uncomfortable, it is time to leave.
- Military personnel: Contact your unit security manager for information regarding foreign contacts.
- Remember...you are responsible for your own safety.

You will not be subjected to tons of offers should you choose to become members. TheCoupleSpot.com prides itself on being simple and user-friendly, and our company does not have any immediate or long-term plans to modify that particular aspect of the sign-up process.

Is there a number we can call in order to voice concerns and/or obtain support?
Yes, but please understand we're able to provide such great prices and bonus gifts because we do not have an enormous call staff. The majority of our users' questions and concerns will be handled via e-mail rather than by our toll-free line. Rest assured, however, knowing that we take customer service very seriously, and that your questions and concerns will be addressed in a timely fashion. All messages and calls will be returned in the order in which they were received.
